Our Philosophy

It’s not strictly business. We love photography and cinematography and don’t simply think of them as marketable goods but as a means to communicate ideas, feelings, worldviews. Along with the birth of the team came a promise that we made to ourselves and to each other:

To never compromise our personal vision and to always embed it in each and every one of the projects we deliver.

So, keep in mind, from the moment we are assigned a project… it’s personal!

Theo Stampelos

Has been fiddling with image making equipment of all kinds since 1996.

Studied photography from 1998 to 2000 @ LEICA ACADEMY in Athens, Greece.

He hadn’t had enough yet.

Spent four years (2000-2004) on a BA(hons) Photography, Film & Digital Imaging course @ NAPIER UNIVERSITY in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Hadn’t had enough yet!

Since returning to Greece to complete his army service time in Autumn of 2004 he has been studying photography and cinematography in the streets of Greek cities, villages and islands (oh, the Greek islands), in music venues, theatres, bars, in his studio and… well… in any place he could spot an inkling of light to work with.

He doesn’t think he is going to feel he’s had enough. Ever!

George Tsimpidis

Studied cinematography from 1994 to 1996 @ Stavrakos Hellenic Cinema & Television School in Athens, Greece.

Started working on film and video projects while still on his cinematography course and has since been employed as a freelance cinematographer, director and editor mainly in the Greek t.v. market.

A big part of his work experience stems from his longtime affiliation with Greek car import and dealership companies such as Ford Motor Hellas, Subaru Motors Hellas, Audi Hellas, Saracakis Group of Companies, BMW Hellas SA etc., during which he has shot, directed and edited a large number of promotion videos, car presentation shorts and press kit videos in Greece and abroad.

With 1 Rallye de France-Tour de Corse, 1 Rally de Portugal and no less than 12 Acropolis Rallies under his belt as official camera crew, he is tried and tested under the most demanding shooting environments.

He has sworn to always remain a humble lover of The Great Image.
